Cardinal Scale Manufacturing, Co. is seeking a Metal Band Saw Operator for 2nd shift in Webb City, MO. You will handle saw requirements, run production lots, and keep a safe, organized work area while supporting production needs.

The role requires reading specs, operating a crane or forklift, and cross-training others as needed. Full-time hours, with potential overtime based on workload, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of factory/manufacturing experience with crane, forklift, or saw equipment.
• Ability to read tape measures and verify conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming steel and position material for cutting.
• Verify conformance to specs using tape measure or other tools.
• Operate forklift or be trained to do so safely.
• Identify, store, stack, and stage product.
• Mark identification on workpieces and follow priority lists.
• Maintain paperwork on materials and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Assist other areas as required and support training of new hires.
