Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Second Shift to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections in the Tire and Wheel Facility. The role requires strong inventory management, ERP usage, and collaboration with production leadership to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business, Materials Management or Supply Chain Mgt/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using ERP in conjunction with 5 Alarm system and Min/Max alerts to avoid production interruptions.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding material issues.
• Support receiving and production activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze material variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform inventory counts or other tasks as requested by the customer.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement within the plant with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate Hot Shots and monitor OSR.
• Follow safety protocols and other duties as assigned.
