Job summary

dormakaba Americas is seeking a Second Shift Material Handler in Indianapolis, IN. You will operate material handling equipment, ensure proper stocking, inspect incoming shipments, and process material transfers using SAP RF devices.

Must have a high school diploma, PIV experience, and be able to work at heights. The role offers a base salary of $18–$22 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, overtime as needed, and a benefits package including a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating effectively within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience or certification.
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including Fork Truck, Forklift, WAV, TSP.
• Maintain appropriate stocking levels without disrupting customers; partner with other departments.
• Inspect shipments for damage; verify packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading.
