Job summary

Integer is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II for a second shift in Minnesota. You will perform a variety of assembly and inspection tasks following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

Expect setup, operation of equipment, and documentation in a regulated environment. You will work 4:00pm-2:30am Mon-Thu, with a base salary plus a 22% shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read in English and follow detailed instructions; blueprint reading preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, quality requirements and regulatory procedures
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specifications
• Performs assembly and inspection, using manual and automated tools
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally with microscopes, flags non-conformances
• Completes required documentation and may package product for shipping
• Participates in continuous improvement and on-the-job cross training
• Performs other duties as assigned
