Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Team Member I to support assembly and inspection operations on scalable production lines. The role requires following written procedures, using microscopes and measuring devices, and maintaining quality records.

You will work closely with teammates under supervision and participate in process improvements. We offer multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices.
• Previous light assembly experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety policies.
• Sets up equipment per MPI/QWI instructions.
• Under supervision, performs assembly and inspection tasks.
• Assembles parts per print using manual and automated machines.
• Inspects parts for conformance and documents results.
• Completes device history records per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in process improvement and problem resolution.
• Learns new tasks through on‑the‑job training and structured instruction.
• Keeps work area safe and clean.
