Job summary

Royston Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the second shift (4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.) to lead daily plant operations and ensure safe, efficient production of signage products.

You will work closely with the Plant Manager to coordinate activities, supervise production staff, monitor workflows, and uphold quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least five years of manufacturing experience, prior supervisory responsibility, and strong knowledge of fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five+ years manufacturing experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and production schedules; knowledge of OSHA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant operations with the Plant Manager to meet production goals.
• Supervise production staff across departments and monitor workflows.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate priorities.
