PacAero is seeking a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Agawam, MA to lead our manufacturing team across CNC Machining, Plating, Quality, and Assembly. You will walk the floor, set priorities, and keep the team moving safely and efficiently.

You will coach and develop staff, drive strong performance, and partner with department leaders to sustain production continuity and quality. This role offers a 4‑day workweek and second‑shift opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or other demonstrated people-leadership experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, production workflow, quality requirements, and workplace safety
• Ability to lead employees across multiple manufacturing functions and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to respond appropriately to issues when limited leadership is onsite
• Ability to coach employees, provide clear feedback, set expectations, and address performance concerns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and shifts
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and manufacturing or production documentation
• Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed as production priorities change
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across second-shift operations.
• Spend time on the floor with the team, monitoring production, setting priorities, addressing issues as they arise, and giving direction and support.
• Work closely with department leaders across Machining, Plating, Quality, Assembly, Engineering, to maintain continuity between shifts.
• Lead people by setting clear expectations, coaching, recognizing performance, and addressing concerns.
• Ensure safe, efficient work that meets quality standards.
• Oversee shift handoffs with first-shift leaders.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to address production or quality concerns and support timely resolution.
