Job summary

PacAero (Litron, LLC) in Agawam, MA seeks a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead CNC Machining, Plating, Quality, and Assembly on the floor. You will establish priorities, coach staff, and ensure safe, high-quality production during the 4×10 schedule.

You’ll work with department leaders across multiple functions to maintain continuity between shifts and drive performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of second-shift manufacturing operations across CNC Machining, Plating, Quality, and Assembly
• Establish shift priorities and coordinate people and resources to support production schedules and customer requirements
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and provide employees with clear direction, support, and timely decision-making
• Monitor workflow, staffing, quality, safety, and production performance throughout the shift
• Coach employees, provide ongoing feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance or conduct concerns in partnership with department leadership and Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor, set priorities, and keep the team moving safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with first- and second-shift leaders to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of priorities
• Foster accountability for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Develop and coach team members for future leadership growth
