• Drives continuous improvement and problem resolution on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all second-shift manufacturing and production operations.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and team members across multiple departments.
• Ensure clear priorities, staffing plans, and expectations at shift start.
• Monitor performance and adjust labor, workflow, and equipment in real time.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and on-time completion at shift level.
• Develop leaders and ensure effective shift handoffs and communication.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Shipping to meet time-sensitive orders.
