PacAero is seeking a CNC Machinist for its Carbon Room on a stable second shift schedule (four 10-hour shifts, Mon–Thu, starting 3:30 PM). The role emphasizes precision, quality, and hands-on operation of CNC equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
• Load and unload machined parts using various jigs and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Make necessary adjustments to tools and machinery to maintain compliance with specifications.
• Change tools as required to optimize machining processes.
• Perform inspections of finished parts using measurement tools to verify quality and adherence to standards.
