Job summary
Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC, a leader in data-center cooling systems, seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager for the second shift. You will lead a large hourly workforce, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 7–10 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading a manufacturing shift or value stream.
- Experience with production scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead all second-shift manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Drive daily production plan execution to meet schedule, throughput, and labor targets.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for supervisors and production staff.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safety, quality, and company policy compliance while driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operations.
