Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running smoothly in our manufacturing plant. Applicants must be available for a 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm) to align with operations.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, read blueprints, and maintain accurate records in our CMMS, contributing to safe, reliable production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background with some electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and conveyors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures using standard testing equipment.
• Repair, replace, align, adjust, and install machinery components and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts usage, and completed work in CMMS.
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Work safely and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
