Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Virginia is seeking a dedicated fabrication operator for the second shift. You will turn raw pipe into precision-fabricated products by cutting, threading, beveling, grooving, and welding steel, stainless, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC.

The role runs Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM with a $1.50/hour shift differential. You will read blueprints, set up machines, operate cranes and lifting equipment, perform checks, troubleshoot, and keep your space clean and squared

Qualifications

• Hands-on machine operation experience and ability to read blueprints.
• Forklift operation and use of lifting equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school or military background valued.
• Safety-conscious with willingness to take ownership of the workspace.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw pipe into precision-fabricated product by cutting, threading, beveling, grooving, and welding.
• Dial in machine setups and verify tight tolerances from blueprints.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment.
• Run equipment checks, troubleshoot, and stage material with RF devices.
• Maintain an organized, squared-away workspace.
