Hubbell Incorporated in LeRoy, NY is seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift to support production operations. You will operate equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency during the shift.

Cross-training may occur to operate multiple machines, with responsibilities across several areas. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach are essential for success on a busy production floor.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines and technical drawings.
• Basic measurement skills using ruler or tape measure.
• Comfort interpreting machine gauges and displays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs and finish processes.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Clean, inspect and package finished products.
• Assist with additional assembly tasks as needed.
