Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Coordinator for the second shift, working 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday. You will manage inventory with SWOP/SAP EWM, coordinate IB/OB tasks, and lead continuous improvement projects within the distribution center.

You will interact with frontline teams and site leadership, ensuring 100% on-time customer orders, accurate reporting, and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Operations environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Experience training and mentoring peers.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations using SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, IB/OB functions including picking, loading and receiving.
• Use PINC/SWOP for trailer moves and docking alignment for shipping/receiving.
• Perform periodic audits (PINC, BOL, ICC); ensure BOL filing accuracy at shift end.
• Communicate workload status clearly to frontline staff and leadership.
• Resolve flow issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
