Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise 2–50 hourly employees in manufacturing operations.
• Schedule work, train staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, document incidents, and enforce standard work.
• Develop schedules and estimate worker hours to meet internal/external needs.
• Maintain production records and liaise with other departments to meet deadlines.
