Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a Label Applicator to support poultry production by loading and verifying label rolls and ensuring correct product codes are used. You will help maintain smooth line flow and contribute to safe, accurate processing at the Acorn Plant.

The role requires the ability to perform general labor tasks in a poultry facility, with OT and some weekend shifts possible. On-site work with comprehensive safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• General labor duties in a poultry production environment.
• Poultry/food processing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work all assigned shifts, including overtime and some weekends.
• Pass drug and alcohol post-offer testing before start of employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Immigration Reform and Control Act verification by end of third day of work.

Responsibilities

• Load label rolls into machines and verify product codes to ensure appropriate labels.
• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products as assigned.
• Support production areas including Roll Stock, Retail, Warehouse, and other areas as needed.
• Adhere to safety requirements and use of PPE.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts and conditions.
• Follow Lockout-Tagout and Process Safety Management requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in Company safety programs.
