Farmer Focus is hiring a Label Applicator to support poultry production at the Acorn Plant. You will load and verify label rolls, ensure correct product codes, and move through different stations on the line to maintain smooth workflow and packaging accuracy.

This role requires adherence to safety rules, proper PPE use, and participation in safety programs. Applicants should be able to work on-site, overtime, and weekends as needed.

• Ability to learn and perform general labor duties in a poultry production environment.
• Pass drug and alcohol post-offer and prior to start of employment.

This role helps ensure the correct labels and product codes are used, supports production line flow, and contributes to safe, accurate, and efficient processing in the Acorn Plant.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad label rolls into machines and verify product codes to ensure the appropriate labels are used for each product.Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products as assigned.Support production areas that may include live hang, evisceration, debone, cut up, marinating, stack off, Polybag, Retail, Warehouse, Roll Stock, and other assigned areas.Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and other safety concerns.Follow Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Participate in Company and department safety programs.Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth. Exposure may include wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces; temperatures ranging from 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with ambient and/or 100% humidity; product temperatures ranging from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit; noise levels ranging from 50 db. to 110 db.; dust, feathers, and chemicals used in a poultry food processing facility. This role requires physical labor such as climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, standing for long periods of time, walking, and lifting and carrying boxes, tools, equipment, and materials. Personal Protective Equipment is required in designated areas.This position does not have an application deadline.
