Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet company expectations.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate employee schedules and coverage for absences.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team.
• Monitor inventory and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
