Job summary

American Addiction Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for the second shift (2:30pm-11pm, Mon-Fri). You will perform instrument preparation, cleaning verification, and sterilization with strict adherence to safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and CSPDT/CRCST certification within 2 years. Competitive hourly pay, full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CSPDT or CRCST certification required within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety standards.
• Identifies manual and/or mechanical cleaning according to the manufacturer's IFU for all general instrumentation.
• Determines, prepares, and uses supplies required in the assembly process.
• Identifies, inspects, assembles general instruments, checking for cleanliness & functionality utilizing count sheets.
• Packages and labels instrumentation.
• Safely operates sterilization equipment and perform verification and documentation of sterilization process.

Education
