Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the second shift (3:30pm-12am) in Wisconsin. You will operate injection molding equipment, inspect parts, and ensure output meets GMP and ISO 13485:2016 standards.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and good communication. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, generous PTO, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary plans.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and strong communication.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Experience with quality procedures and GMP/ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and maintain productivity.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure product quality.
• Document production data and communicate machine issues to maintenance.
• Trim and finish parts, separating runners and preparing parts for packaging.
• Maintain required paperwork per GMP and ISO 13485:2016.
