• Seek continuous improvement in processes and encourage ownership by hourly staff.
• Manage performance and set goals for individuals and teams.
• Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop leads for day-to-day operation in supervisor's absence.
• Track data on yields, packaging, efficiency, and customer service; drive corrective actions.
• Apply performance metrics to daily operations and ensure product specifications are met.
