Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Grinder to manufacture precision components for aerospace and defense applications, performing surface and cylindrical grinding, inspecting parts, and reading blueprints.

The role requires 1–2+ years grinding or machining, setup of grinders, GD&T interpretation, and use of micrometers and indicators. Second shift; PPE required; Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years grinding or machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating surface and/or cylindrical grinders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate surface and/or cylindrical grinding machines.
• Dress and true grinding wheels for optimal cut quality.
• Hold tight tolerances on hardened and difficult-to-machine materials.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, indicators, and surface comparators.
• Maintain grinding equipment and ensure coolant systems are functioning properly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts to produce parts to print.
