Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to manufacture precision components and deliver high-quality parts to customers worldwide. The role requires setup, programming, and troubleshooting of CNC lathes with emphasis on tight tolerances and live tooling capabilities.

You will read blueprints, GD&T callouts, and select tooling to ensure on-spec production. This is second shift, on-site in Orlando, with comprehensive benefits and relocation options for

Qualifications

1–2+ years CNC lathe experience.
Working knowledge of G and M code programming.
Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes, including 2-axis and live tooling.
Program lathe operations using G and M code or conversational controls.
Manage inserts, boring bars, and tooling selection.
Produce parts to tight diameter and length tolerances.
Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM.
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts.
