Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Deburring Machine Operator to prepare precision-machined components for production. You will operate deburring and finishing equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exacting standards while supporting bar stock prep to maintain production flow.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 25+ pounds, and following written procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic understanding of aluminum, steel, brass, and copper.

Responsabilidades

• Operate deburring and finishing equipment to remove burrs and prep components.
• Support bar stock preparation and material handling for machining.
• Inspect parts to verify conformance to specs and identify non-conforming material.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain accurate production records, work orders, and timekeeping.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
