Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is hiring skilled CNC Machinists for immediate 2nd shift openings in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on precision machining for mission-critical components used in aerospace, defense, and related sectors.

We seek 1–2+ years of CNC experience with turning centers, CNC mills, Prototrak controls, and G/M code programming. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates; on-site, second shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm, in Orlando.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 or more years of turning center or CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating and setting up machining equipment including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, turning centers, or Prototrak-controlled machines.
• Working knowledge of G and M code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, turning centers, grinders, and other machining equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining programs and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters appropriate for each job.
• Produce parts to required tolerances and specifications while maintaining quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical documentation.
• Complete work orders, production records, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
