Job Objective

To maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.

Directly Responsible To

• Team Leader
• Manager of Custodial and Maintenance Services

Duties and Performance Responsibilities

1. Maintain a positive attitude relative to communication and cooperation with the immediate supervisor regarding the assigned work tasks and the accomplishment of those tasks.
2. The ability to properly install or repair all new and existing equipment.
3. Inform and instruct head custodians of any and all corrections/repairs or changes and location of equipment.
4. Abide by the Mansfield City Board of Education policies and regulations.
5. Perform other reasonably related duties as may be assigned by the Team Leader, Manager of Custodial and Maintenance Services, and/or Supervisor of Custodial, Plant and Transportation Services.
