Job summary

Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 2nd Shift team in Sparks, NV. You will be trained in cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly.

Starting rate is $19.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for a total of $20.00/hour, with benefits up to $900/month and life insurance $25K. Schedule Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with overtime on Fridays; 10 holidays, 4% 401(k) match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on upholstery and assembly work
• Must have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort
• Stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends
