Job summary

Drexel Building Supply, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Fulfillment Support Specialist on the second shift to ensure outbound deliveries are loaded safely and efficiently and the yard is primed for the next day’s operations.

This role focuses on loading trucks, organizing materials by delivery stop, managing drop trailers, replenishing stock, and keeping the yard clean. You’ll work a rotating 11:30 AM–10:00 PM schedule with alternating weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience safely loading trucks and handling materials.
• Ability to organize materials by delivery stop and prep loads.
• Maintain yard flow and replenish stock to avoid bottlenecks.
• Protect loads and ensure proper banding, wrapping and damage-free transport.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks safely and efficiently in coordination with the Dispatcher.
• Organize materials by delivery stop and prepare each load for transport.
• Manage drop trailers and stock replenishment to support receiving.
• Put away racks and storage assets to maintain yard order.
• Document non-conforming products for the receiving team.
• Keep the yard clean and organized for safe operations.
