Drexel Building Supply Inc in Wisconsin is seeking an Order Picking Specialist to pull and stage customer orders with 100% accuracy and build safe, well-organized loads for delivery.

You will work with a rotating schedule to match demand, including 2nd shift during peak and 1st shift in off-peak periods, ensuring outbound velocity and high service levels. The role also supports yard customers and internal transfers, with ownership-driven benefits.

Qualifications

• Order Fulfillment: Read pick tickets and pull correct SKU/qty.
• Load Prep: Stage, brand, wrap, or prepare materials for transport.
• Bottleneck Reduction: Notify Replenishment Specialist of low stock.
• Yard Support: Assist walk-in customers in the yard.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read pick tickets and pull items from primary picking location.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently in coordination with Dispatcher’s route.
• Stage and prepare materials for safe transport and loading.
• Assist with yard customers and internal transfers as needed.
