RRD is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting shipment readiness. You will use warehouse management software, label items, and ensure accurate shipping details are attached. The role emphasizes productivity, quality, and safety at the Wisconsin facility.

Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour with a 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift. Flexibility for overtime and shift changes supports production needs and team goals at our Wisconsin site.

Formación

• Must have basic reading and interpretation of job specifications and parts for orders.
• Good oral and written communication to explain procedures.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and general warehouse operations.
• Able to stock, move, and rotate items as instructed.
• Able to complete forms for stock and labeling requirements.
• Basic arithmetic for counting and packing tasks.
• Willing to flex schedule, overtime, or different shift as production needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with filling and packaging orders from the warehouse for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and product/material readiness.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Apply labels, pack items securely, and prepare shipments according to schedule.
• Move materials on pallets or in containers to storage or shipping areas.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and identify issues for escalation.
• Support training and development for employees and temporary staff.
• Assist with special projects and ensure warehouse safety.
