Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions is seeking a hands-on warehouse/production worker for our Fairfield, Ohio facility. You will rotate between kitting and boxing orders, labeling cartons, and staging materials to keep production moving.

You'll double-check counts, follow SOPs, and contribute to safety, quality, and output goals. The role is full-time, temp-to-hire with first shift ($15/hour) or second shift ($16/hour); exact schedule will be confirmed during screening.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the second-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform essential duties of the position.
• Background in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or similar high-volume settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order picking, packaging, labeling, and sorting to meet customer requirements.
• Material handling to support production and warehouse operations.
• Routine quality checks and adherence to documented work instructions/SOPs.
• Houekkeeping to keep area orderly, clean, and safe.
