Job summary

Tech Etch is seeking a 2nd shift Form Supervisor to oversee the Form department operations. You will schedule, set up tools, monitor production outputs, and coach employees, serving as the liaison between Leads and Management.

You will supervise department leads and operators, ensure safety and adherence to policies, and manage resources efficiently. The role requires strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with coaching and evaluation abilities.
• Ability to supervise, instruct, provide feedback, and manage priorities.
• Skill in reading blueprints and understanding machinery and department operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand duties and tasks.
• Set performance goals according to schedules and expediting lists.
• Print daily production and work center output graphs.
• Answer questions, respond to complaints, and resolve problems.
• Monitor payroll and Employee Review Notes; conduct yearly evaluations.
• Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities to Leads and management.
• Maintain open lines of communication between operators and upper management.
