Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel in Houston, TX is seeking a Second-Shift Production Supervisor (DOE) to lead a sheet metal production team. Schedule is 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM, 5–6 days per week, with overtime after 40 hours.

Reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and drives safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Complete and submit daily production reports and monitor attendance.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Plant Manager to set daily schedules and priorities.
