Job summary

Creative Foam Corporation in Dowagiac, Michigan, is seeking a General Production Associate to support the manufacturing process. You will assist in assembling foam components, inspecting parts, labeling, trimming, packaging and sorting to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring parts meet customer requirements, packaging per work instructions, entering data into the Plex system, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Second shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts meet/exceed customer quality requirements.
• Ensure parts are packaged according to work instructions.
• Enter all necessary data into the Plex manufacturing system.
• Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies promptly.
• Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues promptly.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to Creative Foam policies and safety protocols.
