Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred; forklift certification required.
• Basic knowledge of molding/expansion equipment and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cycle times and adjust as needed.
• Maintain process accuracy and modify for orders; collaborate with operators.
• Conduct mechanical tasks, sampling, testing, and equipment prep for maintenance.
• Oversee process and material flow to meet quality specs.
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance projects.
• Back-up on running presses during breaks and for supervisor.
• Perform test runs and assist in repairs to optimize molding.
• Keep work area clean and safe; ensure quality and safety standards.
