Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part Time Floor Technician to keep our facilities clean and well-maintained. This role offers part-time hours with weekly pay and the opportunity to work on varied tasks across our sites.

Duties include trash removal, dusting, floor care, restroom restocking, exterior maintenance assistance, and light maintenance coordination with the maintenance team; candidates should have a positive attitude, customer service skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in day porter, janitorial, or related role preferred.
• Basic computer skills and email/work order systems.
• Ability to pass safety classes.
• Able to pass FBI/BCI background checks and sanctions checks.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the facility.
• Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets.
• Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms.
• Assist with exterior maintenance (snow removal, picking up waste, etc.).
• Transport tools and materials between sites or departments.
• Provide light maintenance as needed or contact maintenance department to assist with maintenance needs.
• Focus on carpet cleaning.
• Responsible for general miscellaneous cleaning assignments as need
• All other duties as assigned.
