Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Printing Press Operator in Indiana for the 2nd shift. You will perform setups, operations, and maintenance on custom flexographic presses to ensure precise registration and quality.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, mounting plates, stacking and labeling finished goods, and maintaining a 5S work environment. Overtime may be required; safety and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or printing press operations preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-first mindset and commitment to SOP adherence.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and moderately complex flexographic press setups and operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain strict quality standards.
• Safely operate turret and fanfold equipment.
• Prepare materials, mount plates, and stage setup tools.
• Inspect finished products and label goods per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work environment and support continuous improvement.
