Job summary

Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District in Danvers, MA is seeking a Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor – Second Shift to lead the custodial team and oversee second-shift operations keeping the campus safe, clean, and ready for the school day.

The role requires at least five years of facility maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication, and knowledge of custodial practices; CORI, SORI, SAFIS checks are required. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee second-shift custodial operations and lead a team.
• Ensure cleaning aligns with the cleaning plan and daily schedule.
• Navigate and close work orders in the maintenance system.
• Participate in a rotational on-call program for emergencies.
• Provide training and perform quality control of cleaning tasks.
