Job summary

Freeman Corporation in Winchester, KY is seeking an Experienced Operator / Skilled Utility for second shift (4pm–12:30am) to join our veneer production team. You will operate industrial equipment safely and support multiple production areas as needed.

Candidates will have prior experience with forklifts, loaders, or cranes, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to read and communicate in English. This full-time role offers potential overtime and opportunities for pay reviews after 90 days

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating industrial equipment, such as cranes, loaders, or forklifts.
• A safety-focused approach to equipment operation and material handling.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a production team.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English sufficiently to understand safety information, follow job-related instructions, and complete safety documentation.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
