The Freeman Corporation is seeking an experienced Operator / Skilled Utility for the Winchester, KY area on the 2nd shift. You will operate forklifts, loaders, cranes, and related equipment, supporting veneer production on a fast-paced team.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, reliability, and readiness to adapt to changing production needs. Pay is hourly, with overtime opportunities and pay reviews after 90 days and again after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial equipment such as cranes, loaders, or forklifts.
• Safety-focused with ability to follow procedures.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work in a production team.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English to follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities
