This role will be highly visible on the production floor, addressing hazards, investigating incidents, and partnering with leaders to strengthen our safety culture. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in safety, EHS, manufacturing, or related industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve company safety and environmental programs.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, injuries, and environmental events; recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary EHS resource during second-shift operations.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements.
• Lead or assist with employee safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Travel between local company facilities as needed.
