Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. — Moen Distribution Center in Las Vegas seeks a Distribution Supervisor for a second-shift role (12pm-8:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will guide a fully automated, high-volume operation handling over 1 million customer orders annually and 5 million lines.
You’ll develop plans for team growth, continuous improvement, and cost control. Responsibilities include supervising receiving, put-away, order filling, outbound shipments, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehousing experience; supervisory experience is a plus
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with WMS and SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and manage heavy workloads
Responsibilities
- Support safety programs and OSHA/EPA compliance
- Manage receiving, put-away, order filling, and outbound shipping processes
- Direct and supervise distribution center personnel and activities
- Plan and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Manufacturing plants
- Monitor budget and staffing levels to meet operational targets
- Coach and develop Associates and enforce safety and quality standards
- Maintain housekeeping and safe storage of products
