Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations operates a large Moen distribution center in the Las Vegas area, seeking a Distribution Supervisor to guide a team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and oversee receiving and outbound shipments.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety and OSHA/EPA standards, and driving continuous improvements in a fully automated facility. Strong communication and operations management skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehousing experience including 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience with automated distribution environments is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS/SAP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise warehouse functions to ensure timely orders
• Oversee receiving, putaway, picking and outbound shipments
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Drive process improvements and cost controls within the distribution center
• Provide leadership and coaching to Associates and create development plans
