Job summary

Clean Harbors Denton, TX is seeking a Second Shift Lead Diesel Mechanic to oversee daily shop operations and supervise maintenance for our fleet. You will ensure DOT compliance and maintain all service and parts records, while guiding a team of technicians.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of diesel engine experience.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in diagnostics, repair and maintenance of heavy-duty units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and supervise maintenance work.
• Ensure fleet meets DOT compliance and keeps service/parts records.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs.
• Complete PM schedules and related paperwork.
• Conduct safety checks and annual vehicle inspections as required.
