Job summary

Hirschbach Motor Lines, LLC seeks a Diesel Technician in Denton, TX to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, primarily Freightliner, with training in latest diesel tech. You will perform preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and component service while keeping accurate repair records.

Requirements include 1–2+ years in fleet maintenance or tech school, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to grow with ongoing training. Second-shift premium and company benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in fleet maintenance or recent tech school graduate.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Certifications in EPA 609, Cummins, Navistar or Daimler are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Freightliner trucks, plus Kenworth and Internationals.
• Perform preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
• Record repairs, parts use and warranty details accurately.
• Follow safety and quality standards in every job.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and fleet management.
• Engage in ongoing diesel technology training (e.g., Cummins Insite).
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and take on additional duties.
