Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Team environment work.
• 1+ years heavy-duty trucks & equipment experience.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience.
• Must provide own basic tools.
• Related mechanical certifications preferred (not required).
• Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test on hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following safe practices and procedures.
• Move company equipment safely on yard as needed.
• Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrications.
• Complete daily checklist as required.
• Ensure equipment is properly parked/secured per DOT and permit requirements.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
