You will perform high-speed data entry, validate classifications, and maintain accurate processing records with second shift hours (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). Strong keyboarding, 10-key, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related data entry, administrative support, or document processing experience.
• Strong keyboarding, typing, and 10-key skills required.
• Completed typing test score required for consideration.
• Familiarity with personal computers and basic office technology.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify document, data, or image quality issues.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-speed manual key data entry and verification from hardcopy and digital documents.
• Validate automated document classification, extracted data, redaction exceptions, and related document details.
• Manually index metadata, support digital document conversions, and maintain accurate processing records.
• Process check data validation, batch total reconciliation, and account distribution according to customer requirements.
• Review digital checks for payee accuracy, signatures, and valid dates, and assist with return letter preparation when needed.
• Complete quality control comparisons between original documents and converted digital files to ensure accuracy.
