Job summary

Enterprise Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodian in Eagle Pass, TX to clean and maintain facilities. The role requires performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and to support the building's appearance and operations.

The successful candidate will follow established schedules, operate basic custodial equipment, and work well both independently and with a team, including weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to safely operate basic custodial equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
• Attendance is a requirement to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Support special cleaning projects or deep cleaning activities as assigned.
• Assist with floor care duties as needed based on operational needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
