Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months in Custodial Worker 1 title or equivalent experience.
• Documentation of successful completion of department-specific, advanced custodian certification testing (examples include Cleaning Management Institute, 3M, S.M.A.R.T. Program, or other reputable program).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and to read and write common vocabulary plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to support a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.
• Complete assigned project work such as floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, and upholstery care; respond to emergencies as needed.
